Ben Ingman, PhD, has joined the Institute on Environment (IonE) as its new Director of Learning & Development (L&D). Featured in an IonE website story, Ingman will lead the Institute’s efforts in sustainability education, experiential learning, and professional development. Prior to joining IonE, Ingman was Associate Director and Research Associate Professor at the University of Denver where he helped develop programs on health, environmental sustainability, and equity in academic and community settings.With a PhD in curriculum and instruction, Ingman plans to design and implement innovative programming for IonE, the community, and University partners. Dr. Ingman is looking forward to advancing IonE’s strategic plan. “I’m also looking forward to continuing to think critically and creatively about how we can best advance sustainability across the U of M system and beyond.” IonE is a Consortium Member Center.
